Our strategy
We have a broad agenda to invest in promising ventures in Europe and North America that develop technologies/solutions that will help decarbonize our society with potential to grow in the Japanese market. With an expansive network in Japan, we not only invest but help our portfolio companies enter the Japanese market.

Our sourcing strategy
We leverage our own venture acceleration program (ENECHANGE Insight Ventures) to source high-potential targets for investments.
Held twice a year, ENECHANGE Insight Ventures (previously Japan Energy Challenge) is an opportunity for innovative companies in climate tech to meet and connect with our subscribers, large Japanese corporates. The goal is to build relationships that result in collaborations, sales, investment, and other forms of support to help grow the invited companies in Japan.
